About the Boat Desk
The phinisi brokerage, new-build and charter-management desk for Labuan Bajo and Komodo — a specialist maritime brand under Juara Holding Group.
Who we are
We are the boat desk of Komodo Luxury, who operate a Komodo fleet. Because we run boats here ourselves, the values, timelines and charter economics we share come from operating, not a brochure.
What we do
One accountable desk for buying, building and earning from a Komodo boat.
Pre-purchase survey
Hull, engine and document due diligence before you commit.
